The Pembroke Dock Harlequins Rugby Football Club (Quins) are proud to serve the town of Pembroke Dock and the surrounding area providing first class facilities and promoting the game of rugby football.

We run teams from under 7s to senior age groups. You are always assured of a warm welcome whether playing or spectating.
